Triple Star Manufacturing Ltd. is owned by Bernie Toews and is located in MacGregor, Manitoba, Canada. Bernie and his wife, Edna have six children, with three of them married and 5 grandchildren. Three sons are an integral part of the family-run business.
Triple Star Mfg. has been building and selling agricultural products since 1985 and has focused on products that improve farm efficiency and management. Therefore, the producer gains productivity and profitability. In 2005 Triple Star Manufacturing expanded its product line-up to include on-farm weighing systems such as grain cart scales, platform scales, and other scales.
We believe that on-farm measurement leads to better management and this new product offering arose out of our need to better manage our cropping practices. Our scale components are primarily manufactured by Weigh-Tronix, and are supported by our distributor, Central City Scale. Central City has over 35 years of experience of on-farm weighing and can help us determine precisely how to meet your on-farm weighing needs.
In 2008 Bernie designed and patented Auger-Steer which adds maneuverability to any auger and conveyor and increases safety and productivity. In 2011, Triple Star debuted the Quad-Steer which is a 4-wheel steering concept that attaches to the axle of the largest augers and conveyors which provides a smooth ride and stability.
